10. THE FOUR-CHECK-MARK STANDARD
The objective of the humanitarian course is straightforward:
GET YOUR FOUR CHECK MARKS.
☐ Associate’s Completed
☐ Bachelor’s Completed
☐ Master’s Completed
☐ Doctorate Completed
Participants should first become students before becoming teachers.
Participants therefore agree they will not attempt to teach until they fully understand the strategies presented, accurately communicate applicable requirements and risks, and avoid making promises that have not been authorized or substantiated.
Once the humanitarian course is completed; the next objective is duplication.
11. THE TOP-FIVE HUMANITARIAN DUPLICATION MODEL
Each qualified Participant is encouraged to identify and work with their five strongest, vetted humanitarian members.
The objective is not simply to find five people. The objective is to develop five educated humanitarian leaders capable of repeating the process responsibly.
The model is:
1 Participant → 5 Humanitarians
Those five learn the system and develops their own team of five:
5 → 25
Those 25 repeat the process:
25 → 125
The educational duplication model continues throughout successive generations.
Each generation is encouraged to follow the same principle:
REGISTER → LEARN → COMPLETE → VERIFY → SHARE → DUPLICATE
12. PAY-IT-FORWARD SPONSORSHIP
A central concept of the SHARING Humanitarian Build is giving and receiving through voluntary pay-it-forward sponsorship.
Where a participating company’s rules permit sponsorship, qualified members may voluntarily help sponsor eligible people into designated health or wealth programs.
What this means for Participants: In some companies, giving away sponsorships results in greater commissions as a result of having built a larger team. By building together as a community, we exponentialize our numbers without incurring any loss.
The intended humanitarian principle is:
Someone helps you.
You become stronger.
You help someone else.
They become stronger.
Together, the humanitarian community grows.
The envisioned duplication structure is organized around a 5 × 11 matrix, subject to the actual rules and compensation plans of each participating program.
The first five help the next five. Those participants can then help another five, and the education and humanitarian process continues.
No Participant is guaranteed placement, sponsorship, commissions, profits, or any particular financial outcome merely because a matrix or duplication model is used!
13. PARTICIPANT COMMITMENT
By signing this MOU, the Participant agrees to act with integrity at all times and fulfill all expectations of the SHARING Humanitarian Build as follows:
- Register with IBO Pro and maintain accurate account information.
- Work toward completing all four humanitarian educational strategies and obtaining the applicable four check marks.
- Identify and mentor five vetted humanitarian participants as part of the duplication strategy.
- Guide their five participants in this education until they are capable of duplicating the process exactly as stated in this agreement.
- Complete the mandatory SHARING University Humanitarian Course before representing themselves as trained participants in the Humanitarian Build.
- Be responsible in their communications and never guarantee income, trading returns, product results, sponsorship, or financial success.
- Act in a consistent humanitarian manner. Accurately disclose costs and material conditions. and never pressure another person to donate, purchase, invest, borrow money, or participate in any program not of their choosing.
14. SHARING GUARANTEE OF FINANCIAL SUCCESS
The SHARING vision is to create economic opportunities capable of producing substantial humanitarian and financial impact. However, statements concerning creating wealth, becoming a millionaire, compounding funds, trading performance, commissions, or other financial possibilities are goals, not promises.
Financial results depend upon many factors including starting capital, market conditions, product demand, individual effort, experience, team performance, compensation-plan requirements, third-party performance, fees, taxes, risk, etc.
Our goal is to build systems that create opportunities for people to learn, give, receive, build businesses, and create the potential for actionable wealth.
15. INDEPENDENT PROGRAMS AND DUE DILIGENCE
Certain products, banks, trading services, AI systems, health products, payment services, and business opportunities presented through SHARING University or SHARING Workspaces may be operated by independent third parties.
Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, SHARING does not become the bank, broker, investment adviser, medical provider, manufacturer, insurer, or guarantor merely by providing education concerning a third-party program.
Participants are responsible for conducting their own due diligence.
When in need of expert advice, Participants should consult qualified financial, tax, legal, or healthcare professionals before making significant decisions.
16. HUMANITARIAN CULTURE
The SHARING Economy is intended to create a culture in which success is measured by more than money. We seek to develop people who can:
Learn
Give
Serve
Build
Teach
Sponsor
Duplicate
Lead
The long-term objective is to create a worldwide humanitarian community where education and opportunity can move from person to person, family to family, community to community, and ultimately nation to nation.
17. VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION
Participants agree and understand it is a voluntary choice to complete the education requirements as a condition of participating or representing the SHARING Humanitarian Build. Participation in individual purchases, donations, third-party programs, representative positions, trading programs, health programs, and sponsorship activities is also voluntary and subject to the applicable program’s terms.
18. NATURE OF THIS MOU
This document expresses the parties’ present understanding regarding the SHARING Humanitarian Build and its education and duplication principles.
Unless incorporated into a separate definitive agreement, this MOU may not under any circumstances be interpreted as creating an employment relationship, partnership, fiduciary relationship, investment contract, guaranteed compensation arrangement, or guarantee of financial outcome or performance.
Any binding obligations concerning a particular product, donation, account, trading service, representative position, or third-party opportunity are governed by the applicable definitive agreements, disclosures, and terms of each individual company.
19. ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By signing below, the Participant acknowledges that they have read this MOU, understand they are agreeing to participate in the SHARING Humanitarian Build education and duplication model, understand that financial and health outcomes are not guaranteed, and agree to represent the programs truthfully and responsibly.
The Participant understands the central SHARING principle:
LEARN IT. COMPLETE IT. SHARE IT. DUPLICATE IT.
The Participant’s first mission is to become educated.
The second mission is to complete the humanitarian pathway.
The third mission is to help develop five vetted humanitarian leaders who can responsibly repeat the process.
Together, we seek to create a humanitarian culture built around education, service, giving, receiving, responsible entrepreneurship, and duplication.
